Principal’s Update 2/20

Dear Parents and Faculty,

I hope you are enjoying this beautiful day.  Mother Nature is certainly having fun with our temperatures. I am still hoping for some snow so we will see what March brings our way.

Below you will find information and reminders to help you plan for the days ahead.

  • Our basketball season is winding down. Congratulations to all our boys and their coaches for a great season. The boys enjoyed playing in their various leagues and we look forward to next year.
  • Tuesday, February 21 is the last day to register for our Family Bowling Night which will take place on Saturday, February 25 at Sproul Lanes from 6:00-8:00. Hope to see you there.
  • Wednesday, February 22 is Ash Wednesday, the beginning of Lent. The boys will receive ashes during our morning prayer service. Meat will not be on the menu on Ash Wednesday or any Friday during lent.
  • On Saturday, February 25 our math team will compete in a math contest at Garnet Valley Middle School. Congratulations to Ms. Goode and our boys for all your work and effort. We will be praying for you.
  • On Saturday, February 25 Porter Kline and Logan Dunn  will be competing in the Delaware County Intermediate Unit Spelling Bee. We are very proud of you and our prayers are with you.
  • Congratulations to Porter Kline who will compete in the Religion Bee finals on March 1. Porter was in the top 3 in the semifinal competition which was held on Thursday, February 16.
  • Our Father-Son Communion Mass and Breakfast will be held on Sunday, March 5. This invitation is for all boys (Montessori-Grade 8) and their dads, grandfathers, brothers, uncles, or anyone special in their life.  The registration form is enclosed.
  • A reminder to return all Family Survey Forms. Your assistance is appreciated.
  • Thank you to all who have registered for the 2023-2024 school year. I have enclosed a copy of the tuition brochure and registration agreement.
