Principal’s Update 9/2

Dear Parents and Faculty,

I hope you are enjoying the last “unofficial” weekend of summer and are finding time to rest and relax. We had a wonderful beginning to this new school year and I look forward to all the exciting endeavors that lie before us. Your support is greatly appreciated by all our faculty.

Be assured of a remembrance in my daily prayer

God bless,

Sister Margaret

  • A special thank you to our Parent Association for a wonderful Back to School picnic. Our chef dads were superb and we will certainly be calling on them to share their culinary expertise.  Your time and effort was appreciated by all our students and teachers. Thank you
  • Thursday, September 7 at 7:00PM will be our Back to School Night for parents of boys in Grades 6-8. This is an opportunity to meet the teachers, learn about the curriculum and events of the coming year as well greet all the parents in your son’s homeroom.
  • Enclosed you will find the menu for the week of September 4. Many of the boys are trying different menu items and they seem to enjoy the variety. I hope you are receiving positive feedback from your son. Please contact Chef Christopher Molinari if you have any questions or concerns.
  • It appears there is a heat wave in the area so, Tuesday-Thursday, September 5-7,  the students may wear their PE clothes or spiritwear. On Friday, September 8, the students are asked to wear their school fall uniform. Hopefully, this will be the only heat wave we experience in September. We will remind the students to drink water so they remain hydrated.
