Principal’s Update 9/24

Dear Parents and Faculty,

Happy Fall! The weather has been quite rainy and windy to begin this new season but hopefully, the sun will be shining very soon. Below you will find information concerning many upcoming events for our Clockhouse and Academy families.

  • Enclosed you will find the menu for the week of September 25. Please check your son’s cafeteria account to make sure all is up to date.
  • The school store has new spiritwear in stock for purchase. The store is open every Tuesday morning from 8:00AM-8:30AM. Contact Heather Emery ( or Lee Eastwood ( with any questions.
  • Friday, September 29th is an EAGLES Dress Down Day sponsored by the Class of 2024. A flyer is enclosed with all the dates for the eighth-grade sponsored dress down days. The cost is $3.00 per dress down or $25.00 for the nine dress down days. Information concerning payment is included in the flyer.
  • The JV and Varsity Football Teams will play under the lights on Friday, September 29. The JV game is at 6:00 and Varsity is at 7:30. The Wildcat Snack Attack will be open and serving food for purchase.
  • Saturday, October 7 is the Octoberfest for the IHM Sisters at Camilla. It is a fun-filled day with activities for all ages. The Octoberfest benefits our sisters in Camilla Hall. Your support is greatly appreciated. See the enclosed flyer.
  • Save the Date: Saturday, October 14 is our Homecoming Celebration. More details to follow.
  • We look forward to welcoming you to Rolling Green Golf Club on Monday,  October 16 for the 8th Annual Wildcat Classic. Registration and Sponsorship Opportunities are available on our website. Visit to register or to be on of our many sponsors. Thank you for your support.
  • Don’t forget, golf ball sales are still available for our helicopter ball drop on homecoming. Top seller wins a $50 Amazon gift card, top homeroom wins a pizza party, and anyone who sells 10 or more golf balls receives a dress down day. Closet ball to the pin wins $1000, second closest to the pin wins $500. Good luck to everyone!
  • SAVE THE DATE: The SAA Fashion Show and Shopping Event will be November 5th at Overbrook Golf Club.  Bring your mom, daughters, sisters aunts and friends for a lovely luncheon and runway show featuring your own SAA moms!  There will also be pop-up shops from some local favorites to get some early Christmas shopping done! Additional details coming soon
